The install process
Every install starts with a site visit. We look at the space, the wall, the cabling route, the connection points. We don't send a quote blind from a floor plan. The installation itself is carried out by a dedicated team of professional installers who share Edtex's standards for clean, classroom-ready work.
After install, David stays involved. If something isn't right, or if a kaiako needs help getting started, that's part of the service - not a call to a support line.
